1. Human Resources

2) Functions of Department
- The Human Resources Team reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The HR Team is responsible for areas such as payroll, recruiting, benefits, compensation, team relations, training, security, facility maintenance, safety, workers compensation and community activities.
2. Accounting/Finance
1) Positions within department
- Accounting Manager
- Accounting Specialist
2) Functions of Department
- The Accounting Team Reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Glovis’ Accounting Team oversees all financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget, taxes and financial closings.
3. General Affairs
1) Positions within department
- General Affairs Specialist
2) Functions of Department
- Our General Affairs Team reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The General Affairs Team is responsible for all facility maintenance and upkeep projects, maintenance and service contracts, vendor selection, project quoting and purchase order management.
4. IT
1) Positions within department
- Assistant IT Manager
- IT Specialist/Programmer
2) Functions of Department
- Our IT Team reports directly to the Sr. IT Manager. The IT Team is responsible for all IT needs in our facilities. This includes soft ware and hard ware support, inventory and order systems, help desk support and functions related to the server.
5. Quality
1) Positions within department
- Quality Manager
- Quality Specialist
2) Functions of Department
- The Quality Team reports to the Quality Director. The Quality Team is responsible for coordinating with our customers and suppliers to resolve any quality issues with parts received into our facility.
6. Operations

2) Functions of Department
- Our Operations Department is the largest department in our facility. The Operations Department reports to the Chief Operations Officer. The primary functions of the Operations department is to handle business agreements with customers and suppliers, to manage day to day operations of the warehouse, inventory control, timely delivery of parts and ensuring that our customers expectations are met.
7. Inventory

- Inventory Assistant Manager
- Inventory Specialist
2) Functions of Department
- The Inventory Team reports to the Chief Operations Officer. The Inventory Team is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy throughout facility, monitoring and investigating inventory discrepancies, communicating inventory issues to operations and updating and maintaining inventory IT Systems.
